DIRECTIONS

The Swords Into Plowshares Peace Center and Gallery is located at 33 East Adams Street in downtown Detroit.  We are on the ground level next door to Central United Methodist Church, just north of Woodward Avenue.   We are situated in what is known as the 'Entertainment District' and our parking lot is used for those attending the Fox Theater, The Fillmore, The Gem Theatre, Music Hall and the Detroit Opera House, as well as Tiger Stadium, and Ford Field where Lions play.

Free parking is available in the parking lot immediately west of Central United Methodist Church where there is also a rear entrance to the Gallery. If a parking lot attendant is present, please tell them you are going to the Swords Into Plowshares Gallery for free parking (the lot charges pay parking to people attending events at the Fox Theater or for baseball games).
